    Z 10 software release 10.0.10.85. I received a message a few days ago, listened to the message and deleted it, however, it still shows I have 1 massage on my Hub? any suggestion on removing this?

    I had that happen to me before.

    I rebooted and it was gone.

    Did you try the 5 swipe method to reboot the hub?

    On the hub swipe 5 times from the top right of screen to middle.

    If all else fails hold the top button and click restart.

    I've tried the 5 swipe method and have only been able to get it to work once.
    Restarted and it is still there.

    I have th same problem. I asked blackberry help on twitter and they said to go to my provider to have them raise a ticket with BlackBerry. Haven't gone down that path yet.

    I had it saying I had an email even though there was none. I had sent my self an email to test it, and it turned out to be that sent email.

    If it's Facebook or Twitter I have no clue, I had a Facebook post stay for a bit but I deleted it then did the 5 swipe and it worked .

    Try swiping the upper right hand corner of the hub 5 times...This will reset the Hub and your message should be gone

    Hold your finger on the date, from the Hub, and then mark everything as read. After that, try to delete it.

    In the old days, when that would happen (visual voicemail), one had to do a 30+ second battery pull.

    Do you mean message? Just clarifying.
    Z 10 was turned off last night and charged. Voice message is still there. Perhaps a ghost voice mail.

    Swiped in the HUB 5 times and Z 10 reset the HUB, message still there. Thanks though. That's the second time I got that to work.

    Good point, however, I did check for new messages and there are none. I'm going to stop by Telus and see if it's there end.

    Went to Telus no fix. Online with Telus tech support, no fix, they are passing it up stairs..

    Got my ticket # and within 15 minutes Telus called and told me it was an issue with the OS. This would be resolved with a future update. I hadn't hear of this before. out...

    I had some success recreating the list of messages. Hub, Settings, Display and Actions, Display Style.

    I flipped this from Conversation to single Messages and the message (which was deleted on the server) was cleared. I flipped it back to Conversation immediately.

    This worked great! I've been struggling with an email for 2 weeks that just would not get marked as read nor get deleted. Had it happen to second one today then found your solution. Thanks!
