    I assume this question has been asked a million times and answered but I have searched forum but still can't figure it out.

    I'm trying to upgrade to google account manager 4.4 so I can use Google play services but no matter wth I do I can't open apk file.
    Tell me "unable to install this app"
    Any help would be appreciated.
    I have been to Cobalt page but to no avail.
    All the files are APK .

    I'm downloaded and installed 4.3 and downloaded 4.4 but can't get it to take.
