I updated my q10 to 10.3.1.1154 yesterday and now can't install any apps from Snap. I am getting error "Installation failed because the package is already installed". Also, amazon app is not working as I accept the app exits (refer screen-shot).

so the apps are already installed? check snap and delete them if they appear in the my apps section and try to install again.

In Snap - My apps, I see three tabs update, installed, available. The app that I want to install is in available section. Also, the official amazon store app that came along with 1154 opens for two seconds and then closes.

Did you update using Blitz method?

Open Amazon App store and while running open the Music app, then Snap...toggle between them to see if you can make further progress

When I open amazon store it says application would use ur location blah blah then gives me option to accept or decline. The moment I press accept the app exits from the screen.

I've deleted and reinstalled Snap but same error. Even Amazon appstore not working. Please help. Running 10.3.1.1154 on Q10.

When I upgraded to 10.3 from 10.2 via Blitz method my android apps wouldn't start and Amazon App store wouldn't open, I didn't change any files, restarted the phone a few times didn't help either...all the suggestion I was given involved wiping handset and starting again.

I was playing around with opening some Apps that were previously installed through Snap, leaving them hanging on the green progress indicator and opening other apps such as Music player...eventually the Android apps in the back ground opened completely and everything seemed to kick into motion...I reinstalled nothing, changed no bar files etc...play with it using the above as a guide, you'll lose nothing but if it doesn't work you can fall back on what everyone else suggests which is wipe and start clean...my Q10 has never been wiped, works fine on current 1154 OS.

All the android apps are working on my device. I just can't install new apps from Snap and even Amazon store isn't working.
