I have picked up Passport after long time. It was laying in my desk for 6/7 months.
I just found that I can't install any Android App now. I am on 10.3.3.1435.

    Can you describe the problem?

What message do you get? What app store are you using?

Reboot your phone and then wait 15 minutes.

Then try again to run or install an android app.

If it still doesn't work, something is corrupted and you may have to run an autoloader for a clean install of the OS.

Well, you can do a security wipe.

Although that can sometimes (rarely) take a day or more.

Hmm will it retain my current 10.3.3 or goes to factory default os version?

A security wipe will not install a previous OS.

You should save any important data before doing that though as a wipe will erase everything on your device.

Definitely -- I would NOT chance a security wipe while traveling. A lot can go wrong, then you have no phone and you need a PC to do an autoloader fix. Sounds to me as if the OP needs to use an autoloader and start fresh.
