Scotland, UK. Opened a brand new Z10, STL 100-4, quite beautiful, but with 10.2.1 loaded. "Setup > Software updates > Check" says "You have the latest software" and "Windows > Link > Reload device" says "No updates are available". Incidentally another Z10, quite old, refuses to update from 10.3.2. It is almost as though BlackBerry has shut down, closing all sites in the process. Surely not?! Any explanation? Any ideas how to progress, eg obtain the equivalent of an iso file? And preferably 10.3.2 not 10.3.3? Finally, what to do once I've got it? Sorry for all questions, just so desperately disappointed at being stuck at this elderly OS. Thanks so much.

    I'd suggest 10.3.2.2813

There's really no point with 10.3.3 unless you want to have Facebook integration completely broken.

    Thank you.
I could have stuck with my familiar 10.3.2.2876.
I actually selected OS version 10.3.2.2888 S/w release 10.3.2.2848, for no better reason than that I don't like odd numbers.
    Why 10.3.2.2813?
Still no clue why Scotland UK provides no updates over the air (I provide geography only because this might be relevant) or why BlackBerry Link provides no updates at all.

Why 2813? Because 2888 still has the broken android runtime that 2876 had. Now you'll need to update your runtime in BB World. Otherwise you won't be able to uninstall android apps. They'll look like they're deleted but they're really not and it may cause some problems down the road when you maybe want to install a newer version. That's all.

The runtime install is a trivial process (Android Runtime update for BlackBerry 10 now available | CrackBerry.com on your phone), but the extra step is enough to make 2888 unsuitable for the majority of support questions.

I'd have gone with 10.3.3.2205 personally, but that's just me.
