    I have recently integrated my corporate account on my Z10 via BES activation and now have Balance on my device (I previously only had my personal accounts on the phone). One of the things I have noticed is that if I flag work emails, when I go to the Remember app, I cannot edit these items. I can edit any other items in Remember, but the work ones seem locked. Is this normal? Is it a policy on the BES that could be changed?

    I'm not on a BES, but if I flag an email, I can only add notes to it. Do you mean you can't even do that?

    Can't add notes, can't change the title/subject, no editing at all after it has been flagged. On all my non BES accounts I can do all of the above.
