If it's accounts problem, how is it BlackBerry's fault?

The issue start popping up when they migrate all the Hotmail and Live accounts to Outlook. If anything, microsoft shouldn't be fixing things when it was working fine.

Guys it's the phones problem. Apple just fixed this issue on iOS with an update, if they have done that then it means it's a problem with the phones. And BlackBerry is already late with the fix as always. Don't think I'm hating on BlackBerry or anything, it's just the truth.
