    Did you load a leak or new official OS? Were they connected before? One thing to do is to uncheck, then recheck the permissions. Worst case scenario is to delete and reinstall the app. If there is saved progress, such as a game, I'd be careful on this one.

    The os is official, but the issue started before. Going to try the switch thing.

    Delete the offending app(s) from BlackBerry World, hold down both volume keys until your Z10 reboots, then reinstall the app(s) once your Z10 has rebooted.

    Quick question. Does a reboot wipe your phone? I've never done it.
