I've got more than one BB10 device and over the past week have zeroed them (not just Security Wipe but a ground zero install using autoloaders from MEGA) - and using both 3.2 and 3.3.
In all cases WiFi has been connected and a SIM card inserted and engaged.
However, and in all cases, at the Software Update stage of the installation, searching for any software update, after a while a screen presents itself saying "Your BlackBerry device cannot connect to the BlackBerry infrastructure .. ..".
I then Swipe Left to Skip (as instructed) to be told my device is running the latest software.
It just feels from like "Your BB device cannot connect .. .." is yet another horrid glimpse into the future, a resource that like BlackBerry Guardian has already been discontinued as BlackBerry gradually gear down to 2019 and total disengagement not just from the provision of support but from the installation process.
I have a new boxed sealed PP SE that I wonder whether I should get going now before it is too late. If it isn't already.
