    Hello,

For a few days, I have experienced some problems to connect my Passport to Blend. At the beginning, the connection was very unstable and now I can't connect at all. I tried to deactivate my antivirus but the problem remained. This problem occured suddenly.

I run the last version of Blend on both computer (windows 7, 64 bits) and Passport.

The weirdest thing is that my Q5 is connecting perfectly to Blend on the same computer.

So I really don't know what to do. I did wipe and reinstall OS and tried to establish a connection to Blend on an OS without any apps but the Passport could not make the connection.

I am really confused because the Q5 can connect without problem. I did install the same version of BBOS on both Passport and Q5.

Both Q5 and Passport are under 10.3.2.2530

    Any suggestion is very welcome.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Or try a hard reset holding the volume buttons until it restarts

Hi and thanks for your reply.

I succeeded to make Blend works again. I did install last available version of BBOS and it seems that it has solved my problem. I hope it will be a definitive solution.

I got a windows 10 laptop, converted my old work phone to my old z10 and thought let's give blend ago, but it's not available for win10! So just use link which isn't brilliant! BlackBerry aren't the productivity giants I hoped!
Annoyingly the win10 spouts about how easy it is to link apple android and windows phones! Hmmm

    Swiped on my beautiful Passport!

Link certainly is available for Windows 10. I've had it installed going back to the beta versions of 10. Just download a clean version of the BlackBerry desktop software and it will install.
