    I upgraded to 10.3.2.440 when AT&T pushed this out a few weeks ago. Today I added a new email account and cannot for the life of me find a way to add/change a notification for emails - either the new account or my existing ones. Am I totally crazy? I used to regularly change email notifications and now cannot.

    Did you try settings>notifications>normal (or whatever your profile is)>customize app notifications>email messages?

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    That's just it. I see NO customize app notifications under settings>normal or ANY other profile.

    I know this is an old thread, but I have the same problem. But in my case, I don't have the "Email Messages" menu when I click on "Customize App Notifications". How can I make it appear so I can activate notifications for emails?

    I simply hit "reset apps" under settings, notifications, * profile and problems was gone (Email Messages reappeared and notifications were reactivated).

    Problem solved.
