    Perhaps they’re actively blocking you? Dial them up and see if they answer.

    They are android users. They did not block me. They sent me requests. I accepted the request. They did not come to my contacts.

    The problem appears to be with BBM on BB10 vs BBM on Android/IOS since Emtek runs the up to date BBM and this causes many cross platform issues. Unfortunately the solution may be to purchase Android/IOS device within your budget. Good luck.

    No. BBM for BB10 still exists. BBM for BB10 still exists. The ability for cross platform functionality of features is degrading. Think of them as two different supported platforms, like Telegram and Instagram. The names are similar but that’s it. Each day the issues grow. I don’t use any BB10 hardware anymore so I’m limited to compatibly knowledge, just that it’s getting worse.

    BBM for BB10 and BBM for Android do work cross-platform; I chat with Android contacts frequently. However, you may need to invite them rather than the other way around due to the issues Chuck mentioned. I'd suggest testing that.
