    Hello all
I have a z30 loaded with 10.3.3 and I can't access Dropbox either from browser or official bb app.

I get site blocked and a problem with a certificate digicert sha2.

    Any idea what's wrong..?

    Thanks for all your help.

    Certificate authority isn't recognized, somehow.

Worth checking with dropbox tech support. Other older devices, not necessarily bb10, might be affected.

    I confirm the issue.

I have the Z30. The app works well on mine but if you try to go to www.dropbox.com (tried http:// and https://). I get a blocked website .

Says that this site is a security risk..

Dropbox integration will be going away very soon anyway due to an API update on Dropbox's end. BB10 isn't being supported going forward, though the Android app may work.

But why won't the website work in the browser? I tried both the BlackBerry browser and Evolution Brower. Same issue

That's a website/web browser certificate issue. Perhaps DropBox recently renewed their certificate or changed certificate providers. BB hasn't updated BB10 in a long time, so certificates will expire and will have to be updated manually by end-users.

Here is the answer from BlackBerry via Twitter, it's very hard to reach Dropbox, like if it was on purpose.. :

Unfortunately we don't have the expertise to support this 3rd party app. You may need to contact the app developer regarding this matter. Here's how to find the app developer blck.by/17jcOYF. Thanks. ^CM

There will not be a fix. The API is deprecated and BB10 will not be updated.
