have you rebooted several times?
Hi. On Telus as well.
A bunch of others are having the same issue. It started with an inability to send BBM
I'm on Telus, same issue
I called yesterday in the morning (EST) and at that point they had no other issues.
Check the BBM forum.

I've been in a series of texts with one of the technicians, they've done a number of resets on their side and still nothing. They are working with BlackBerry at the moment for a fix.
Funny this all started yesterday, I got home, swiped up on my phone to wake it up and nothing. Had to do a reset, then it would keep rebooting. Finally I got it somewhat stable so I then ran a full backup incase it fully crashes.

Gosh, I've been working on getting this sorted out for the last 24 hours.
Here's what happened.
I use TELUS here in Calgary.
Was in Seattle and used my Roam Mobility simcard and everything was OK. Put the TELUS simcard back in around 3:00am Sunday when I crossed the border back to Canada. I noticed I didn't have the BlackBerry logo dots in the top right corner of my home screen, beside the network coverage. Still had 4G coverage, email and browser were working fine. On WiFi the 'dots' came back and BBM was OK. Around 3pm Sunday I spent an hour on the phone w/ TELUS and they reset various things, had me try this and that, and eventually asked me to factory reset my phone and see if it worked. No luck. Got a call back from TELUS this morning and they said they would submit an investigation to BlackBerry regarding this matter. Hour later just got another call from TELUS tech and said there are BBM problems using the network (off wifi), at least now it's a known issue. I'm using 10.3.2.2168 and BBM version 10.9.6.22
TELUS said it's just BlackBerry 10 users having a problem.
I'm supposed to get a call or text when it's back up and running. I'm just glad it'll get sorted and I can stop worrying about it. Was on Kijiji looking for a new phone. Problem is out of my hands now!
I'm keeping an eye on this too. Ported from Bell to Koodo this morning and was so worried I messed it up to now have BlackBerry services. Tweeted to BlackBerry help as well.

Just checked with a girl in my office. She's still running 10.3.1 on a TELUS BlackBerry Classic and isn't having any problems.
Avoid the update if it hasn't been done??
My Z30 is on 10.2.1 and its having this issue. So anecdotally, it isn't just 10.3.2.
Oh...my Classic is on 10.3.2 and is working fine.

Could it be the version of BBM?
Looks like I'm back in business. Anyone else?

BB server error. Too bad they don't even know whats going on or say anything if they do. Just leave users to speculate, reinstall their OS etc. all over an issue on their end.
Agreed.

Not fixed for me.

Don't think it really applies. I used an official update

That's talking about 10.2.1
Yep mine is going now

Wait... isn't BlackBerry supposed to be the security expert? So, their server gets a fault & they are unaware !! So now what, they will farm out their security to Target or the IRS? Should we expect an announcement of some humongous data breach next ??
