So I received a notification telling me that my sim memory is full. Now I cannot receive any messages. I'm using the Z10 on 10.2.0.1743

I don't really want to lose the texts I have ....

Any idea how I can fix this?

it is not broke. save sms to device or delete old sms and carry on

How in the world did they get saved to the SIM in the first place?

I found a support doc on BlackBerry that mentions how to set the phone to save sms to the SIM, but it was for 10.0. 10.1 had no similar entry, and I don't see the option in 10.2.

Not that I want my messages on the SIM, but just curious.

I have no idea how to do that. I'm thinking of restoring back to non-leaked OS, but I'm pretty sure I cannot backup text messages

I find it funny that we have to pay for such basic things. Anyway, I installed the latest leak and it seems to have fixed the 'receiving-sms' problem. I also made a complete back-up so I hope I get my messages back.

I am using q5 and it shows sim full i wanna keep my sms and store it to other location but cant find a way
