    Hi, i'm a passport user and as the title suggests I cannot delete an email account from the hub/my blackberry.

    I've tried following the Blackberry instructions (Settings > Accounts) but when I do this the screen just dims for 10 seconds and then does nothing rather than opening desired menu option.

    It is the same if I try going into the settings via the three dots within the hub itself (Blackberry Hub Settings > Email Accounts > [specific email account] > Edit Account). It's just the same there too. Dims for a while and does nothing.

    I am now stuck with an email account which I do not want sending emails to my blackberry and I cannot seem to stop this now. It appears I am now set for life with it attached to my phone!

    Any help grateful appreciated!

    reload your OS and do not restore. Add you accounts back one at a time and do not add this one back. That should work. Obviously your OS is messed up.
