Cannot delete calender invitation from HUB-img_20140530_182712.png

The calendar invitation at the bottom of the pic is Spam, I cannot figure out how to delete it. I am running 10.3.0.296.

No matter how many times I go to decline the invitation it is still there.

    The invite will not delete.

I searched the forums for am answer but came up with nothing.

    Any help would be appreciated

I've had this problem since the first 10.1 leak I installed, and its still there on my current 10.2.1.3175 OS. Do you by chance use hotmail/live mail as your calendar sync service?

Only workaround I've found so far is to NOT delete the initial invite right away. Let it sit in your inbox for a few minutes, maybe 5 minutes, after you reply to it. Then go back into your inbox and delete. Works for me every time so far.

I have a few times since this has been here.

It's been a few weeks, that's why I have reached out to the forum. It appears that this isn't a common issue considering the amount replies to the thread.

I don't use Hotmail as a client. I will post the result s if I end up resolving the issue do others can benefit.

Update: I have turned off all calendar ties to this account and the message is still not only there but it will still not delete.

I have a similar thing happen. A holiday and birthday were showing up from a Gmail account. Even after turning off the sync with them the holidays and birthdays stayed until they had passed. Only in the hub and not the calendar. Hopefully the won't return.

Sadly, I feel like you have the solution. I didn't really want to go that route but I have tried everything.

    Thanks to all!

I have this problem periodically also. I used to think it was an issue of synchronization on/of the account service online, since I had a z10 and a tab4 both connected to the same hotmail service/account. However, even now with the tab4 no longer setup on the account (using blend on the tab4 instead to directly get the emails from the z10) I periodically still get this problem. By chance, I have discovered that if you use the more "select more" feature but then only select the single invite you are having problem deleting, and then delete, it will delete (at least it seems to be working for me). Let me know if it works for you. If it does, then I think it must be a hub problem.

Just noticed that this might not fully work as a work-around. When looking at my hotmail email account in blend, the invites are still there. I know the whole blend thing isn't fully ironed out as it also shows filed messages. However, if I go into the actual hotmail site with the browser the invites (the deleted ones using the work-around) are also still there, just not showing up in the hub. If I remove the account from the hub and then add it back in, the invites are back in. So, it would seem to me to be a hub thing problem. A weird and annoying one, especially if you have different devices setup on the same email accounts.
