i downloaded the autoloader but it shows that cannot connect to bb device manager, and then it closes, please help as i am stuck on bberror.com/bb10-0015 screen.
Before use Autoloader, instal BlackBerry Link on your PC/Laptop.
i jave bb link installed, but i cannot reload the os through it, so i tried autoloader, but in vein...
