Im trying to use my work email which has my company domain but it managed by gmail
what means basically is once you add your email to any other smartphone it will transfer you to GMAIL to login there then to our company domain to confirm the login then it will add the email to the smartphone
I used to do it earlier when i got my phone it was 10.1 it was working perfectly , but after 10.2 and earlier 10.3 and 10.3.1 the problem started so I see a white blank screen which I'm unable to sign in to gmail


I have tried all I can with different wifi with 4g even with other version just to solve it but basically no luck
I can add normal gmail account easily without and troupes .

anyone could help me with that or even creative hints so i can try ? is it possible to add the account remotely using pc or somthing like that ? its just an idea

BB changed the way it handles gmail log in on 10.2 and it might be causing your issues.

I had that issue at first. Use advanced setup. I went thru that and got it to work immediately.
