I tried to use blend on my pc, my pc connected Internet from my mobile via hotspot, ended up with failure, any help plz.

Thank u all for reply, steps I follow
1.switch on Internet on my mobile
2.swithch on mobile hotspot
3.connected to pc via wifi
4.activate blend both on mobile&& Pc
5.it s showing always reconnect, even after activate mobile network in device connection from settings

according to blackberry help. for wifi connection, data cable connection should be established first. open the BlackBerry link/ blend, then unplug the cable after turning on both wifi.

This can't work. What works is, both phone and pc connected to the same WiFi, or both phone and pc connected to separate WiFi or wired connections (in this case, connection is established via your BBID), and of course, USB cable connection. A tethered connection (wired or WiFi) from your phone to your PC won't work with Blend.
