Because there is some features still missing in my os like face detection and flow back bar in BBM -_-ll

1925 & 537 are the same thing. One is the OS release and the other is the software version. Go to Settings/About/OS and you will see both numbers there.
It's the 2nd night that I'm trying to update via the Link and I just get the damn "Your BlackBerry has the latest software" while it's 10.2.0.424 :'-(
I had same problem but my Z10 was on leaked 1925. I had to go to www.blackberry.com/update downgrade to 10.2.0.424 and then upgrade using link to Z10STL100-1/10.2.1.1925.
And yes this process deletes everything from the phone memory.

Mine is the official 10.2.0.424 downloaded with the Link about a month ago.
Have you got good confirmation that your carrier has released 1925? If not, you would get that message since vis a vis your carrier 10.2.0.424 may be the latest software.
My Z10 is unlocked, so no carrier troubles!
I was skeptic of sacheisi. Tired of hearing everyone get the great updates official... well I got my unofficial official update. don't regret I did it!!
Got the EE UK update using sachesi. Phone is running greeeeat...
Ps. I reduced the is installation size by deleting allll other language bars except English us and uk... less junk

I'm on stl-100 2 . Unlocked. Tried everything. Even tried wiping phone to factory without sim and trying to update it ota and via link still without sim and didn't see update via link or ota. Didn't have the patience. I'm not one to try leaks either. Got the official EE 10.2.1 through sachesi
