My contacts in Hotmail somehow have disappeared and I have them on my Q10. Is there a way to force sync my BB contacts up to my Hotmail or even Outlook which I could then sync to Hotmail? Can I do it in Link or via the device?

There are a few contact backup apps in BBW that can export your contacts to a format that you can then import into Hotmail (or anything else for that matter).

If your contacts are gone in hotmail (now outlook.com) you can restore them.

Go to contacts/ manage and select your outlook account

I would suggest to use Sync2, it can sync your data between any devices and its pretty easy to use, at leas try it, it has a trial version

Ai, dumb,totaly misread the first post. You can sync your phone contacts back to your hotmail account with link. Select two ways sync and add the folder of your hotmail account in link
