    I got a replacement Q10 and I hate restoring, cause I like to start with a clean slate if it can. I did backup my old phone before I replaced it. I forgot to copy all of my Remember notes over. Is there anyway to view the backup files on my Mac, or a way to just restore the Remember application?

    You might be able to do a selective restore with BB Link.

    Thanks, I'll try that when I get home.

    I know the option was available on the old desktop software, anyone know if it's possible to restore there even though I backed up using Link?

    Can only "Restore All" on Link, and BlackBerry desktop manager isn't compatible with my Q10 so can't do it that way.

    Any other suggestions?

    Do you have half a day to burn?

    Restore your device from the backup you have, then use something like Fire Chest Backup (pro) to backup your remember.

    Wipe (or just use an autoloader to re-flash), then restore notes from fire chest backup.

    +1. Only way I can think to do it. I use firechest as my only backup now.

    Thanks guys. Might do that. Also thinking, just restore from my old backup, emailing the notes to myself, then restore my current settings and copy the text into new notes. Only have about 20 pages, so should be too bad I don't think.

    1. Get Backup Pro (premium version of Fire Chest Backup)
    2. Back up your Remember notes.
    3. Open up the resulting Zip file and voila - all your notes are there as plain text files.

    Is there anyway to send the backup file to backup pro without loading it on my device. Feel like there has to be a way to view my backup in files.

    If not I'll wait until I have a day to burn, to back up my current phone, restore the old one, and then restore my current one.

    Unfortunately Backup Pro can't read backups files made with BlackBerry Link.

    Yes, Backup Pro will backup the SELECTED items residing on both the phone AND the SD card.
