Hi Guys,

I loaded the latest leak onto my device yesterday but have decided to go back to 10.1 as some things weren't working (BBM Channels etc..)

At the moment I am on BB Link downloading the official 10.1 MR release but my internet is really really bad at the moment (think it may be due to the weather), what I would like to know is can I reboot my router while the software is downloading as I have been doing it for nearly 2 hours and it has only got to 10% (see below)... I don't want to do it if it is going to ruin my phone.

I would not interrupt a download/install of an OS. Depending on where it is in the process you could end up with an expensive paperweight.

I did think that may be the case - I will just have to not have a phone for the day and hope that the rain stops as I did a speed test and I'm not even getting 1mb download!!

I ended up risking it and my device is fine - just went back to the 10.2 operating system.

Of course it is fine. You were only downloading the software to your computer via BlackBerry Link, not onto the smartphone directly.
