I've got the WEIRDEST problem ever. I've tested this with the stock 10.2 that came with the Z10, 10.3.0, and now the latest 10.3.1, all show the same symptoms. My process for testing:

Autoload the OS (take your pick)
Go through initial setup (wireless pretty much)
Add the calendar account (points to internal address only)
After initial sync most of my items are there
Forget that "hey, I need to set the timezone"
Set to my correct timezone (not GMT as default)
Go back to calendar, and almost EVERYTHING is gone

I've also tried:

In either case, not all of the items are there. Almost all previous reoccurring items are missing. All other CalDAV type clients (Android, OS X, IOS, Evolution on Linux) see the calendar just fine, so I'm suspecting this is really an BBOS 10.* issue. Anyone else seeing this type of behaviour? I have already replied to your other post about the reasons why you are switching from your Z10 back to a jail broken iPhone 4 because of this calendar issue of yours.

I have 3 different calendars syncing to my phone: Hotmail, Gmail, and a corporate exchange server and cannot replicate any of the issues you describe.

I have not heard of the application you are using son had to Google baikal. According to their website they do not support bb10. They support apple and android though: http://baikal-server.com/
