    No, part of the security is not allowing someone to downgrade to a non NIAP OS.

    OP, neither 10.3.3 OSes that are available are beta. They are both official.

    It is far more likely that something went wrong during the update process itself. 10.3.3 has no endemic WiFi problem.

    If you've tried a reboot, then you may have to consider a fresh install with an autoloader.

    i installed it at first time with autoloader and did it again and i have the same problem short wifi range and it alawyes connect and then disconnect to wifi network

    NIAP has nothing to do with it, BlackBerry Protect is disallowing one from downgrading.

    what if i load it with autoloader at first time and then try to fix it with autoloader but i still has the same issue

    Then I don't have an answer for you. Perhaps it is something to do with your router, or some type of unique situation.
