No problem, but you will have to do it manually using an autoloader from your PC.

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in your device, and run.

Your device will be wiped in the process.

Yes it can be updated with an autoloader. This will wipe your device, however, so do a backup if you need to save data. The correct autoloader is the Q10 1.46 Gb zipped file on this list: https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw

Download that one large file to your PC's desktop, unzip the file (using a program such as 7-zip), plug your Q5 into the PC with usb (preferably the BlackBerry usb cable), and click on the unzipped autoloader. The process will take about 15 minutes, reboot your phone (takes awhile) and then gives you the latest OS so that you can set up with your BBID and password. It's a very easy process. Good Luck!
