honestly, use Chrome browser with the BB10/PlayBook App Manager extension.

It's the easiest way to sideload and also the most reliable.

Question on the side loading. The ddpb and the other side loading application that I use require Wifi, is there a way without Wifi?

Don't know about ddpb but with the Chrome Extension Method you can just plug it in with your USB.

I don't like to either. All I use Chrome for is sideloading and downloading APKs from the Google Play Store.

Use the search function to find the link. Search something like "Google Chrome Extension Method." when you find the link (it has to be on Google Chrome though) the page where you download it from, has a video tutorial. I'd give you the link myself, but I'm not on my computer.

The Chrome extension itself doesn't require debug tokens, just that development mode is turned on. Read this for more.

To download APKs, I recommend Google Chrome + this plugin (note: unless you already have an Android device ID attached to your Google account, you'll need to get a device ID through an emulator).
