Sometimes I have issue with Camera. An errors appears when I start Camera " The Camera can't be started "

This issue is solved by restarting the device.

Make sure you don't have any other apps opened which can use the camera. The main reason I get that setting is because something else open can use the camera and/or flash.

Restarting is a temporary solution. As soon as u open the application that cause the problem u will get the message again.

And probably it's an android app, cuz this issue presented to me when using snapchat.

Didn't try to uninstall it and see if the message never shows again

If it still bothers then you need to reload software, thats how my camera issue was resolved.

Or, if you opened your camera to send a bbm through it, you will get that message if you try to send a picture through the same session again through the attachment section, so to speak.

Or possibly try to go into security and check your camera permissions and remove any or all that you don't need there, just a thought.
