In the hub my brother get a message "calls doesn't response" and in calls he get a yellow triangle.

What is wrong?

I give it to my brother it my first blackberry, blackberry Z10

I used it, then my wife used it and now he is ussing it.

So it's not stolen. BBM, Blackberry World are working and he can also make calls.

The hub information saying something about an account. Not saying which account

He also transfered his BBM account on Android to the Blackberry.

He's not on a BlackBerry. No OS message would say "calls doesn't response".

And because this thread is in leaked and beta forum it's kinda your own problem.
Install the latest official version and see what happens .

It's called 'leaks & beta' for a reason!
Mostly it's a name for 'if anything breaks, fix it yourself'

If you want a perfect os you need to use official.

I told him allready to wipe the Phone but he has no problem to recieve call ? So he is doing nothing.

I don't know of any official "perfect OS". As far as "if anything breaks fix it yourself", isn't that why we're here, to help each other with problems?

I know you're trying to help, but a bit more gentle approach might make people having issues feel a little better about getting them fixed.
