Is there any way to change how loud the call waiting chime is?

If I'm on a conference call, and not looking at the phone and get another call, I can barely hear the chime and end up missing the call 99% of the time. Can anyone else test and verify this while on a loud call and have another call coming in?

Definitely not the same long *beep* we've been used to for years.

    Just another BlackBerry fail. Geeeeeez.

I don't know how. Does any phone offer this? I never miss it.

I wonder if it's a per carrier feature? Like I'm on T-Mo, but on Sprint I never had this issue.

It's such a short and quiet chirp on my Q10

The tone may be sent by the carrier. I don't think it's a notification that one can ever adjust. I tend to hear it fine on my Q10 on T-Mo (USA).
