Call me later app in os10 ?

I am trying again to switch from os7 to os10.

I have an os7 app which sends an sms to the caller when I miss a call (any caller, not just those in my contacts), the app is called 'callmelater'. I have used this app for years and it works every time.

Is such an app available in os10 ?
