Hi all please help as this is doing my nut in!

Since the 10.3.1 update my call logs are not fully showing.

I can only see calls dating back to 16th March.

    Why is this?

    It is annoying me!

    Thanks in advance.

I'm only on 10.2 but as far as I know call logs only go back a month/~30 days.

You aren't alone OP. As I've studied and observed, mine only shows call logs for the past three days and nothing else. Have tried reloading, wiping, etc but to no avail. I believe BlackBerry will eventually issue a fix for this very annoying bug.

On 10.3.1 the call log functions differently than on previous OS versions. On previous OS versions the call log went back a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 days) but on 10.3.1 it only retains 150 calls regardless of when those calls were made (could be 2 days, but could be 200 days, depends on how many calls you make). People complained that 150 calls is not enough so I believe that number is higher in 10.3.2. So the only 'fix' I'm aware of is upgrading to 10.3.2.

(By the way I know all of this from reading the forums, so try reading other threads before posting)

When 10.3.2 would be into existence????? I am badly disappointed with current call history.

Serious mobility for serious business should be change. I don't think so. They are demolishing their key features.

I have a similar problem after a BlackBerry Link update from 10.2 to 10.3.1. My call log simply does not record any entries at all. I have yet to use an autoloader for a complete reinstall to try and fix the problem.

I'm rather disappointed by this snafu.

There is no reason why they can't keep a log of all calls, strictly limiting the logs is a lazy way of maintaining good performance.

Thank you for sharing the info. I believe in a business environment, log is very important, work log, process log, server log, email log, call log, etc. Limiting to 150 is a pretty stupid move.

10.3.2 sounds to be updated later. BlackBerry should update call log before that.

Confirming call log seems to be better in this beta 10.3.2. It used to be 150 entries (or 30 days in 10.2) no matter what, so if you are frequent user you could run out of space within a few days.
I'm happy to say I have 164 entries and 41 days of call log available and counting...

Try performing a hard reset on your device by holding down the Power/Lock key for 10 seconds, ignoring the shut down screen, carrier logo (if applicable), and BlackBerry logo. Release the Power/Lock key once the BlackBerry 10 OS loading screen appears (with the BlackBerry logo and progress indicator).

Once the phone has fully started back up, navigate to the Phone app and see if your previous call log entries appear, and see if new calls are being saved by making a test call to one of your contacts or your carrier's support number (commonly this is a free call by dialing *611).

In my case it worked for the latest upgrade (10.3.2) which still had the issue as you had for previous version.

    My issue:
    NO logs showing at all!

Very happy my logs are showing again.
