For those experiencing Wi-Fi connection issue, you need to delete the saved network you are trying to connect to. Go to "Saved" icon option in WiFi setting screen.
Following that you just need to connect back to your network with its password and you are good to go with subsequent reconnections.

Did the update yesterday.
The Z10 had a blank screen after update but I could fix it by removing and replacing the battery.

Z30 not so lucky, cannot remove the battery and it does not respond on the hard reset or battery pull shortcuts like press and hold top power button for 30 seconds or press and hold both volume up and down for 20 seconds also not for 30 seconds.

The phone is on, it rings, it makes a sound when receiving a SMS or bbm but the screen is totally blank.

I think the latest update is a huge mess.
I now tried this and am still waiting (6 hours now) for the software to reload:

1. Install Blackberry link to your computer
2. Link your z30 to Link
3. press and hold the top button and after 10 seconds Link will pop a window and give you option to reload software.
4. choose that option and after a while it will tell you that you must first download and install the software update software on your pc, do that and restart pc.
5. Link the z30 again to BB link and repeat step 3.
6. Again choose to reload your software.
7. It will warn you that this can take an hour, click OK but don't believe it because it is six hours later and mine are not done yet.

Im also experiencing bugs on my BlackBerry z10 using IOS 10.3.1.1565

Problem : ROTATION LOCK
1. BlackBerry Hub
2. Contacts
3. Browser
4. YouTube
5. Facebook

All of them are landscape even though the Rotation Lock is enabled (

I just spent the last two days on my Z10 stl-2. Finally I got tired of the endless fight with OS10.3 and return to OS10.2.
Here are my problems.
1. Every time I reboot my device, the systems magically return to the initial status. Settings and data that I changed are simply cancelled.
2. I actually loaded the new OS several times. For the first time I used sachesi. It turned out that I have some rotation problems, as is commonly reported. For another time, I autoloaded it. This time the rotation problem was fixed, but the device remained "forgetful".

PS. I do like the input system in OS10.3. Can I extract the input component and load it into a OS10.2 device?

M still getting annoying sound while dailing something on dailer n keyboard feedback volume is 0. Is it bug or any other way to turn this sound off??

Low notification volume on Q10. I did SIC Multiwipe and downloaded loaded OS via Blackberry Link. Notification volume was loud enough on official 10.2 OS.

Anyone facing same issue on Q10?

I am having the low notification sound as well.

Seems odd when I loaded on my Z10 the OS containing .2268 the WIFI signal wasn't as strong as the hybrid OS that used .2244.

OK I solved a bug!

Those having issues with BlackBerry assistant trying to open an app... you don't have to wipe and reinstall everything!

Seems like a minor issue with language of BlackBerry assistant. I had mine on English US, switch it to English UK, then launch an app using BlackBerry assistant and it worked. Then I switched it back to English US (just not used to the accent), and it works! I guess by doing this it forces the OS to reinstall the language files.

Since Thursday afternoon (post update) bbm and text messages from that point on disappear with each reboot. Messages from this morning just are now gone since reboot 5 minutes ago. Previous portions of conversations are still there.

Not sure that this is a bug but it is very annoying, when I swipe an app up to close it, it always used to land at the top left of the screen and I knew where to have my thumb to close it. In 10.3.1 it lands in the next available space if any other app is open, I keep closing the wrong app, does anyone know if this behaviour can be changed or am I stuck with it?

Updated to 10.3.1 on Z10 yesterday. Bought device unlocked from Negrielectronics. Update went seamlessly. Maps work fine.

Anyone has problems with mobile network connection? After update it doesn't want connect to mobile network. If I change any setting with mobile connection it would just stop having a signal.... z10 stl100-2. if anyone has same issue please advice.
By the way, tried doing wipe, reloading OS, tried latest leaks everywhere the problem is same. Only when I get back to 10.2.1 everything works fine.

No issues with WiFi or wireless (cellular) connections. STL100-3
I even found out you can turn off timed messages if need be.

Bugs I've noticed:

- wifi range and wifi signal drops like every 5 minutes.
- lower notification volume


The worst bug:
- the new calendar. Worst thing I've ever seen. How could they do that? From the best calendar out in the world (10.2.1 calendar) to that Crappy calendar in 10.3.1). Not understandable.


