Ok. So the toggle for full assistance was switched off. I tried to switch it on but it wouldn't. I tried a hard reboot and even then it didn't toggle on. I was able to do everything that is send texts, bbm, check weather and all except for commands to specifically open an app like 'open browser'. So i figured something must be completely wrong. Did a security wipe and a selective restore. Finally worked!!! Now the assistant is working as it should! Thanks for the help!

What did you left out in the selective restore?

Updated my SQN100-3 yesterday and everthing goes like hell..

- Not Charging
- Doesnt recognize Sim Card!
- Camera doesnt work... states, "device Temperature etc" for no reason..
- Phone wont back up
- Screen is not as responsive as before
- Phone is Super Slow and Laggy...
- Torch won't light up

i cannot find something thats working properly after the update..

tried removing the battery / restarting . etc and nothing works..
now i have a dead battery and useless phone..

can anyone HELP???

My boyfriends phone has the same issue. Tweeted BlackBerry and Rogers.... no response from either of them yet.

It was previously discussed and well established that folks who've upgraded their device using sachesi non destructively from 10.2 are usually the ones with BlackBerry Voice Assistance issue.

After performing a SecWipe it works well for me but then selective restore everything except settings will still be fine, issue only happens when you restore settings!

Make sure you don't have rotation lock on! I use bedside mode all the time and it's always on landscape

Camera doesn't work. Says camera cannot be started. Wiped and rebooted. Still no go.

Is this issue occurring on a Z10 STL100-1 model? If so, the issue is most likely a bad camera (module?).

A friend of mine's STL100-1 had the same issue in 10.2.1.XXXX. Upgrading to 10.3.1.11XX brought no change.

Igran pro is. It is automatic upon installation and accepting permissions

It's there for me, you just have to check the box.

Had this issue before, going into Settings, Quick Settings, then Restore Defaults brought it back for me.

I noticed a big problem, if I get a call, the phone before 3 rings, do not display any incoming call or call sound. someone tries and tells me the problem?

Sounds like a carrier issue. Try dialing the same number with a different cellular phone.
