Same with the forced landscape view of the Hub when rotation is locked. I encountered that bug when I installed my first leak last summer (I think it was 10.3.0). It wasn�t fixed in any of the leaks since then, but I presumed that it was either one of those inconsistencies that happen when installing leaked software or that it just wasn�t fixed yet, pending official release. Really surprised that this one has gone unnoticed, as I was always using the rotation lock.



The developer needs to enable it within the app. Only those apps that do will support it, but you can disable it altogether in preferences if you don�t like it.

It's unnoticed because it isn't a consistent bug. I'm not getting this issue on my Z10.

Had the screen flickering on my Passport after the update. A quick restart fixed it. Only issue I have now is low audio.

Mine z10 stl100-1 having caller screen problem. When incoming call came. Buttons are still little above like in Leak versions. Is BlackBerry forgotten to change position in Z10??

There is no material difference. They update the software constantly, create new builds and some of these builds leak. Some builds are at some point distributed through official channels, but most are not. Typically the latest leaked builds are the ones they distribute to the public, you could say gold masters.

I think BlackBerry forgotten that Z10 and Z30 have bigger screen than classic. Caller screen need different setting of button. They should be below like in OS10.2

Might have found a new one, yesterday I noticed one of my contacts ( my own number) didn't have the number filled in so I filled them in, it appeared to save, now I've been back to it three times, and had to repeat it, doesn't seem to be saving for very long.

My experience with new 10.3.1 OS is bad so far. I own z10 Stl 100-2 here in Ukraine. From the start I noticed huge lags while using software, Settings, Hub, etc. can take a long time to open and load. After couple of hours it seemed to work better, but still this is something that annoys a lot. On 10.2.1 it was much better. The main problem I have is mobile network. Here in Ukraine mostly we still have Edge, so after update z10 doesn't want to connect to it and I don;t know why. Sometimes it even loses mobile connection at all. So i get on "e" and that's it. Don't know how to solve this problem. I tried doing wipe, etc. etc. etc. then tried updating again. Nothing helps.

Feeling that going to downgrade back to 10.2.1

Was waiting for a long time and very disappointing at this time...

If anyone has the same issue, please let me know and if you have solved it.

It’s a contemporary issue with the Contacts app. Do you use a cloud service to store your contacts?

Boyfriends Z10 on Rogers SW Ontario, will not charge now, stuck on emergency calls, lost phone numbers in contacts.... he's very upset.

No update for my SW Ontario Rogers Z30. May be a good thing till the bugs are sorted.

Whether a bug or not, I'm okay with it because the slider to accept or reject the call is just at the level of my thumb when I hold the phone. Lol.

Sounds like you've got the nasty flickering, Have you tried using the device after performing a SECURITY WIPE AND WITHOUT RESTORING ?

I tried the power button, volume rocker and battery pull to reset. Nothing! Grrrr.... can't even manually change the SOS.

***** UPDATE, I put my sim card in his phone, powers up, but still not charging, still in SOS mode. Will try to roll back the OS when I get home from work.....

Never, ever even connected any cloud storage accounts, let alone stored on there, all the way from 10.2.0, my internet is too slow and unreliable to do things like that.

Nope works fine here, I just spoke "Open Browser" and wholla, Assistant is bloody slow though

Edit: ok it seems its not able to open any app. The standard reply I get is ' cannot find app on your device'

Works fine for me, can open browser, maps, weather etc, and it seems a lot quicker, with better results for searches. Overall, I'm liking my new assistant!!
