I use the Parental Controls to further lock down and secure my Z10.

I have the PC (Parental Controls) set to not allow the installation or removal of applications
buy having "Install Applications" and "Remove Applications" off when PC is activated.

It works when using BlackBerry World and when installing Droid apps via Snap.

But, and to me this is a big BUT, you can still download and install apps via BlackBerry Beta Zone.

To me this shouldn't be happening. Any app install or removal should not be allowed when this is active.

Yes, I am using a leak but I suspect this issue is present in official releases as well.

And I already said how genious I think that is.

Now I can see that you are right when you point out no instalation whatsoever should happen with that setting enabled... I just find it a tad too paranoid to be worried so much to the point you found that bug lol.

If I were you, I'd report it. Surely they can fix it within a few OS releases.

What of Android apps? Do those install or does it work properly?
