    Hi,
I generally log into my BT emails via the BB Z10 web browser. After log in, the next screen recommends viewing the site via Firefox or Safari but there is a Continue button. Up until about a week ago, the Continue button would direct you to the site and whilst there were issues zooming in on the site, the site worked okay. Lately, clicking on the Continue button achieves nothing and the site remains on this screen.

BT say the problem is with Blackberry and not their site and that they have no other reports on this issue. I should add that I do not have this problem when using my pc or laptop.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    I haven't tried it myself.

    Try 2 things:

    1) use desktop mode and see if it helps

    2) Try evolution browser and set the user agent strings to whatever they like.

In order to find the root cause I would need some investigation to see what is being requested and what the response is.

I have a BT yahoo account.

Although I have never accessed my emails this way, I have just tested it and replicated the issue.

I'm not convinced it is a BlackBerry issue as it is their link that doesn't allow you to progress.

Good luck in trying an alternative browser!

It's a British Telecom Yahoo account, like the way AT&T has its own Yahoo accounts.

You can sign into your BT yahoo emails from the yahoo website and bypass BT:-)

Don't know if it works but worth a try
