Settings- Display and Actions- On Startup Show...
Pick your poison

My guess is that you haven't set up your browser startup options in the settings menu ... lower overflow menu (three dots on lower right), then Settings, Display and Action.

Much thanks kvndoom, miker476, that did the trick.
Did you guys notice that if you have a couple tabs open. They tend to pause/reset your inactive ones. My ram goes pretty low too. Dunno if it's the OS but it didn't use to do this before.
For example I open a YouTube video, play it, go to another tab then the video will stop playing I go back to the YouTube tab and it launches the site again.
Multitasking changed?
I was wondering the same , since it was showing all those websites, it had to be storing all that information somewhere. Mine has hundreds of sites stored. If I remove my homepage they all pop up again.
That's unrelated to what I said though. What I meant was the Multitasking within the browser is messed up/limited.
Maybe problem with YouTube? PornHub's working properly

Lmaooooo. Nah other tabs "pause" too. When you click to reopen it, it relaunches the site.
Maybe a problem with your os? Whenever I'm look for good porn, I always open a video and let it run while looking for other better ones, to save time of course. And I've never had a problem with the video stopping.
On the other hand, my phone does get very sluggish when around 8 tabs or more are open

That means the browser stops the tab to free ram... How many tabs have you opened ?
I currently have 24 tabs opened (included 7 sleeping) :

I switched from one to the other each 10 seconds for testing. Memory usage for the browser doesn't seem right though. Still under 300MB :

Humpf, the refresh rate for the graph is pretty low...
I had nowhere near 24 tabs open. Maybe like 2-4.
I have no other apps opened though... well, except for CB10.
Biggest problem with the browser now. Wouldn't be such a problem if the browser remembered the history of the tabs. This is at least a big issue on devices with 2 GB. Available memory gets quite low, and then try opening an Android app or two, one will close itself.
