Broke screen on passport, too "full" to recover data from Link?

I am trying to get my contacts/memos off my Passport (got pictures etc from the media card) and using Link, I keep getting this error:

BlackBerry Link fails when attempting to restore a backup file and displays "Restore was cancelled. The operation was cancelled and some items were not restored."

Considering the screen is completely smashed, is there anyway I can get things like Remember Memos, Contacts, etc from the device? They are NOT in mass storage mode :(

(FYI - I am trying to get everything from it onto my Priv for the next 3 weeks before I get my hands on a KEYone).

You have to backup your contact and datas for once per month or per week
