No hoss, websource does bulk their shipments so the savings is transferred to the customer. The estimator on the website does give the high estimates but actual charges real low, I bring in my Z10 thru them. Paid about the same amount or less.

Well I started to laugh....his phone just crashed...but I don't think he reaslises that's what it is...I think he believes its a notification.

Three weeks in...they still fixing mine after getting a similar error.

bmobile is failure yes. i gave my gf the Z10 and she called to activate the BB10 plan, the fool tell her "while the phone is on, remove the battery and wait 5 minutes and put it back in" so i jump in the convo and ask him if he aware that battery pulls aren't necessary with BB10. the man ask me who is the tech yes...
he tell me do what i'm told, i hang up on he yes. the next waste ah time that answer asking me what is MY mobile number, when i clearly explained i calling on behalf of my gf. she say she seeing a flag on the account that the "sub" was rude. lord have mercy yes...
she say "allyuh people mussnt go on crack-a-berry and follow them"
jeez...is my money pelt out, i cud do wha i want yes
well i make that feel sick. steups...no wonder the users hating on BB10...the setta dotish "techs" they have there...

Dem techs need to logon to Crackberry and get some REAL TRAINING. Is just like how they release 10.2 without testing and had to pull it.....Smfh. If anyone of them techs ever tell me "do what I am told"....haaa lord ....
