    I can't login to mobile site, it accepts my card number and password but then I just get an 'internal error' message, 'the server is unable to complete your request'. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe a security setting or something?

    Dang, mine is doing this as well now. It was working well before. I double checked and we are not experiencing this error accessing the same mobile site from my computer.

    I am on Rogers with OS 10.0.10.85 for reference. I'll let you know if I find a way to fix this.

    I changed my browser setting to desktop mode and it works now. But the UI of the site is terrible, just a single text menu down the left side. I'm not sure if this is how it normally looks but at least it seems to work.

    Been having the same issue for the last few days. I called BMO and they did not want to help as there mobile site is up and running. Any fixes? Does this mean we can only use the normal login site from here on in?

    This is one area were the playbook browser is better. It works with the banks main sites. I think even the bb9900 browser wouldn't work without a security certificate. When you go to app world i think that that is part of what gets downloaded. Are the banks just slow here to provide the certificate through bb world?

    This site is easier to navigate then the official site. When i login in it says "the server is unavailable to complete your request" I guess im the only one with this issue???? Very frustrating use to use this daily and now have gone back to the 800 #. BMO says its not them, Bell says its BMO, should i goto Blackberry??

    On the BMO mobile banking site im still getting "the server is unable to complete your request". The main internet banking site for BMO does work, that is the one you would normally use on a desktop.
    I don't even know where to begin, do i start with BMO, Blackberry or is it my phone? The mobile site is so much easier to use off your blackberry. Any help would be appreciated.

    Update, BMO has finally recognized the issue. I have been given a ticket number and IT is looking into it.

    Thanks for the tip...this worked for me also! Using a Z10 STL100-3 OS 10.1.0.4181

    Switch your browser to Desktop mode and you can access the mobile site.

    I have the same issue actually.

    I've never been able to log into the mobile site on my Z10.

    Since no mobile sites really recognize the Z10 browser, might as well rock desktop mode and purposely go to mobile sites on purpose.

    I've been having this issue for months now. Told BMO but they never got to do anything about so I got the Android BMO apk converted it and I can't complain no more.

    BMO mobile website working fine here. Don't log in often (my only account there is an auto loan) but just gave it a try tonight.

    Received a call back from client relations at BMO with respect to the mobile site issue. They advised me an update of the site will be done Oct 13. Hope this solves the problem for some of us.
