My car's "info" system does not mesh well with BB10 - it will do calling/phone book but refuses to download emails or sms messages. (Mazda). It will attempt for a while and then says failed. Mazda has confirmed the Verizon Q10 does not support message downloading with their system (SMS only, but that won't work either, plus, I don't get any texts).

Before going to the leaked 10.2.1.1925, I had figured out how to disable the message push, which pops up a "Download Your Messages" screen on the car all the time (super annoying).

So far I have message timeout set to 5 seconds, and no accounts selected as enabled (of 2 emails, and SMS, none are checked on Bluetooth settings). What am I missing?

Have you tried deleting the profile from both device and then attempting to pair again?

Im facing the same issue with my BB Q10 on my Mazda6 2013. However couple of weeks the download function worked fine.

I�ve tried to unpair both devices and pair back, but the download function is still not working.

Is there any solution?
