    Hi all,

I'm having a little issue with the bluetooth connecting on a European rental car. I was able to connect my Passport to the system and use hands free but for whatever reason, my Classic, which I am now using won't connect.

I've tried restarting it, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Nothing seems to work.

The rental car is a 2019 Peugeot 208.
    Any thoughts?

    Thx

Are both the phones running the same OS?

I did have problems many years ago with my Z10 and bluetooth on a Citroen (basically the same bluetooth system as they are the same company) and only managed to solve it with an OS update.

I should have included that. They are both running the latest OS available.

The Classic connects but it won't allow the handsfree to work. I don't know about other functions yet. It doesn't recognize calls at all.

Hmmm...can we get a screenshot of your Classic's Bluetooth screen curves?

I assume you've done this (from the manual):

    1. Activate the telephone's Bluetooth function
and ensure that it is "visible to all" (telephone
    configuration).

    2. Press MENU to display the "MAIN MENU" then
    select "Communications".

    3. Select " Bluetooth".

    4. Select Search.

    5. The list of peripherals detected is displayed.

    6. Select the name of the desired peripheral from
    the list and Confirm.

    7. The system offers to connect the telephone:

    - in "All profiles" (for selection of both profiles).
    - in "Telephone (hands free)" profile (telephone only),
    - in "Audio Streaming " profile (streaming: playing music files on
    the telephone).

    8. Select and confirm.

The " Hands-free" profile should be used in preference if "Streaming"
    is not desired.
The ability of the system to connect with only one profile depends on
the telephone. The two profiles may both connect by default
