So I have run into an interesting issue with my new Z10 with my Work workspace and my Bluetooth headset. When my phone is locked and I try to voicedial a contact in my Work workspace the contact is not found. If I unlock my phone I have access to the work contact. I have talked to a few people at BlackBerry and this is by design with Balance. This truley defeats the voicedial function. I have placed a feature request that there is an option to allow this but I am not sure if this feature will fall on deaf ears. This is a deal breaker for many of my attorneys as we have offices in a few states that require bluetooth headsets when driving. Now they will have to break the law and unlock the phone to voicedial. At this point I can't recommend this phone to my attorneys in these areas and actually need to deter them from getting it. Have you run into this issue and if so any solution to the problem other that waiting to see if BlackBerry fixes this issue.
