Anyone else's Bluetooth stop working? If yours did and you fixed it, do you have any tips to resolve this issue?

    Thanks.

    2016.12.11 Update
I attempted to pair my device with my 2013 Accord Sport and it paired successfully. I've done nothing differently, so I'm not certain what happened.

My Bluetooth also is not working. It isn't simply that it doesn't recognize paired devices. It wont turn on or allow me to even try to pair a new device. This all started on the Blackberry Passport after I upgraded to 10.3.3. Restarting/rebooting the device does not solve the problem. Any help on solving this would be appreciated.

AGAIN- I can't just reconnect bluetooth devices. I can't even get bluetooth to turn on, which is a necessary step to pair or "re" pair a device

    can't pair anything:

turn on bluetooth in quick access menu: no effet, still off
turn on bluetooth in network settings: options are greyed and turns itself off after a moment.

tried to discover from the car: not found (as expected as I can't use the options to make it discoverable)
did several reboot, and hard reset, no change.

Experienced the same issue, using Z30 and Honda Handsfreelink bluetooth following the OS 10.3.3.2049 update. Tried to reconnect after update and voice prompt kept saying "phone is not available", so I deleted the pair and tried to re-pair but now the phone does not even recognize the car's bluetooth signal. This is a bit unbelievable if not supported somehow - any one have a solution?

Yup, add me to the list of people who now have no Bluetooth functionality since updating to 10.3.3. Grrr!

I updated using OTA last night to the latest software version (10.3.3.1359) on my Passport SE bought unlocked from Blackberry Canada. All went well and everything now seems to be fine except for Bluetooth which worked previously without any problem. Now Bluetooth won't turn on. I can move the slider switch until it is blue but all options remain greyed out and the BBVE test shows that the Bluetooth sensor fails.
If I am in Settings and go to Bluetooth and move the slider switch to on (blue) and then press the left arrow to return to Settings, Bluetooth has been turned off.
What can I do to fix this and regain Bluetooth functionality?

Come on Blackberry, this is a disappointing thing to encounter. Might firing so many people have been such a great idea after all? Yeah, I am an annoyed customer!

Update - for no apparent reason, when I went back to the car last night and tried to re-pair the phone, it worked no problem. Back to normal. I don't get it, and don't understand what changed between the previous days and last night, but something did. Hopefully this will be permanent and there will be no further glitches.

I also had to re-pair all my Bluetooth audio devices, such as, car stereo and headset. For the car stereo, I got a prompt automatically to enter the pairing code "0000" to reconnect. However, for the headset, I had to put the device in pairing mode first then enter the pairing code to connect. Apart from that, I haven't had any other connectivity issues since then. For devices such as phones I haven't noticed any connection issues at all. Therefore, in cases where persons are affected by the above-mentioned connection issues I suggest repeating the initial pairing procedures for the affected devices.

    well in my case:
bluetooth turns itself off after a few seconds
even when it's ON, all the BT options are greyed
so device can't be set to discoverable and I can't issue pairing from any other device to the Passport.

I experienced the same in my car:
Day 1: disconnects every other minute
Day 2: not a single interrupt, phone calls, media playing with no problem at all, the entire day.
    Day 3: didn't even connect.

I've never had any issues with Bluetooth *prior to* 10.3.3. It worked flawlessly with my car - instant connections, crystal clear audio, phone book and call log access, etc.

Since the very moment I updated it to 10.3.3, all sorts of problems started, the worst of them being that on outgoing calls the other party can't hear me even though I hear them fine. This doesn't happen on all calls, but frequently enough to make it useless. Besides that, sometimes the phone just won't connect to the car at all, and other times it will connect but won't sync phone book and calls list.

I curse the day I let it update to 10.3.3 as before that it worked like a charm. If reflashing the OS with autoloader doesn't fix it, soon I may be forced to go back to Z10.

Ya know, long ago I disabled auto updates on all my devices. It's crazy to expect anything to be bug-free.

And why all the mad hype and eagerness for 10.3.3????

I read the description of the fixes - nothing jumped out as being essential to the health and well-being of my precious SE - bought unlocked and on gophone plan with ATT...

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

But I'm reasonable and will listen/read if someone wants to explain why 10.3.3 might be desirable... of course, pigs will fly before they iron out the glitches -- lots of complaints out there, some to do with outgoing calls and my SE is both phone and minicomputer, but I am curious...

Z30 just autoloader updated to 10.3.3. Bluetooth works in my 2012 GMC, had to repair. Bluetooth will not pair in my 2016 Acura, which worked fine on 10.3.2, sucks as that's my daily driver.
