Hi,

i'm hoping someone can help me.

I'm trying to get my z10 running. 1925 leak to connect to my izettle blue tooth payment device. Basically I can pair the two devices together fine. However, when I click on it, it says it cannot connect.
This was also the case whilst I was running the official 10.2.
The device pairs and works perfectly with my iPhone 4 and hp touch pad (running android) . So I can only think it's a blue tooth issue from preventing it from working.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, this is my first blackberry and i'm really liking the leaked os.

You have stl2? Did you sideload the actual app? I noticed with banking and payment processing app they don't allow rooted devices, and debugging mode has to be off.

The apk would install fine, but won't let me login saying the Z is a rooted device.

Yes stl2 I believe. I installed the app from snap. But can also sideload it to. the app allows me to login to my account fine it's just the payment device and blue tooth connection with the phone which is causing me problems. How do you turn off debugging? Could be worth a try.

Not tried that yet. Will test it with blue tooth keyboard and my car stereo in the morning.

Sony blue tooth car stereo connects and pairs perfectly.

Unbranded blue tooth keyboard doesn't pair at all.

Any suggestions?

Try Leak 12xx.

I had massive problems with bluetooth in 19xx - downgraded and everything runs fine.

Is there a way to install the blue tooth from the .12xx leak so I don't need to re-install the complete operating system etc?

I tried, some very kind people here posted the link to the *.bar files. But - for me this partial downgrade did not work.
I did a complete re-install.
Unfortunately - i was unable to restore a backup, because "the version in the backup is never than the installed one".

So did the full downgrade work for you? We're you able to connect to blue tooth devices? And are you still able to install apk files directly on to your z10?

Bluetooth audio has been scratchy for me. Tried to downgrade the media player bar to fix it hut it did nothing. Don't want to wipe OS, so living with it for now...

After the "full downgrade" everything works 100% for me.

For me means: i can only test with my bluetooth devices. But they all work now - and not all did with 19xx.
