I would love to see call blocking built right into the OS like Samsung has with Touch Wiz, it's built right into the phone settings menu. Apple still doesn't have call blocking and will not allow call blocking apps into their app store.
This I have never understood, only if you jailbreak the device. With all the telemarketing scans here in the USA and now they can call you cell phone. The national telemarketing blocking service the government has herr is a joke.
This should be a top priority and have the ability to not only blocking individual numbers, but a wildcard function to block 800, 877 and 866 toll free ones too.

I use Power tools..running 10.3.0.675 . There are infinite ways to block phone calls utilizing wild cards, and you can set it to notify you of the block in the Hub. The only annoying part is that they can still leave you voicemails, but not much we can do there. Here's some screenshots, it's worked like a charm for me thus far.
