Thought there would be a Blitz for 10.3.2.840 by now, but nothing showing yet.
This will get lost later, but Blitz is here on My Mega.

Installed on my Z30 and working great. Please install at your own risk.
    Thanks and have fun.

Use Sachesi 311/480 Classic/Z30 to get official 10.3.2.840.
Read more than one place it works.

The OTA update for Classic, on Verizon, has working VVM. Z30 uses same OS and radio, so it might work.

I haven't done an OS update in awhile but the last one I did was a blitz. I'm on 10.3.1.2582. I'm assuming 10.3.2 is stable enough now that I can risk not being able to go back.

My question is can I take the leap via blitz or take the autoloader route?

Actually your choice. Autoloader can give you a clean start if you don't restore,
Blitz will do a non-destructive upgrade. I usually use Blitz, unless I have had some major problem.
    Good Luck!

Does it make sense to install this over 10.3.2.2204?

2204 is newer, you would likely have to use an autoloader to downgrade,
may be a good idea to start from scratch if you do, no restore.

Sachesi is telling me the radio is incompatible. I have a vzw z30. It says the 8960 radio is not compatible with my device 8960.wrt

Z30 uses a VVM version called "Basic" but it's not free. It's still $2.99/mo. So it doesn't work without the workaround. Someone on CB has mentioned if you have a Classic and a Z30, you can take the activated working VVM SIM from the Classic and put it into the Z30 and it will then be free.

Thanks! I haven't had any major issues in awhile, which is probably why I've just stayed put.

qc8960.wtr5-10.3.2.841-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar is Radio for Z30, which is installed on my Z30.
Check the unzipped files, all Radio and CoreOS files are included.

This classic is rocking! Had an issue with the time being 8 hours off and Assistant not working, but it's all good.

After three days using it, I don't think it's good for battery. I've got less than 24 hours, even when not in use or very little of. I'm going back to 798.

Battery on my Z30 is working just fine with 840. No problems at all.
It can take 48 hours or so for any new OS to "settle" in.

I'm using a Passport. Perhaps there's a difference. But THANK YOU to have let me tried it.
