I have a Q5 that started acting weird. I had ZERO battery issues. And suddenly it turned off. This phone just sits on a desk. So no water damage or dropping it or anything. When you press the power button, nothing happens, and a combination of red/green/yellow lights comes on and goes off.

If I plug it in, i get a battery image with a line through it, and also a plug image with a line through it.

I can't get it to turn on... and its the most random thing because it was working perfectly fine.

    any thoughts?

Hopefully you have a back up of the data , run an auto loader on it and it should bring it back to life

Download autoloader to your PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, and run the autoloader.

Try a soft reset by pressing volume up and down buttons simultaneously until you see the BlackBerry logo on the screen. You should wait for approximately 10 seconds until the logo appears.
If not kiss your phone and wipe it with the autoloader.

How long have you been waiting? Sometimes have to keep trying.
